NETRASCREEN – CORPORATE TERMS OF USE

1. PURPOSE

These Terms govern the use of NETRASCREEN by any corporate entity, organization, institution, or employer (“Corporate Client”) providing access to its employees, members, or users (“End Users”).

2. NATURE OF SERVICE

• NETRASCREEN is a digital screening and awareness platform

• It provides basic eye-related insights based on user inputs

• It is not a medical service, diagnostic system, or treatment provider

All outputs are:

• Approximate

• Non-clinical

• Informational only

3. NO MEDICAL OR EMPLOYMENT LIABILITY

The Corporate Client agrees that:

• NETRASCREEN results are not medical reports

• They cannot be used for:

  • Employment decisions

  • Fitness certification

  • Medical conclusions

Eyesphere will not be responsible for:

• Any employee health condition

• Any workplace-related decision

• Any claim arising from use of the platform

4. CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY

The Corporate Client agrees to:

• Inform all End Users that:

  • This is not a medical test

  • Results are indicative only

• Ensure that:

  • Participation is voluntary

  • No employee is forced to use the platform

• Not misuse the platform for:

  • Screening employees for hiring/firing

  • Health-based discrimination

  • Any compliance or certification requirement

5. END USER CONSENT

The Corporate Client must ensure:

• Every End User accepts Terms & Consent individually

• No bulk or forced consent is taken

Eyesphere is not responsible if:

• Proper consent is not obtained by the Corporate Client

6. DATA USAGE & SHARING

The Corporate Client agrees that:

• Data belongs to Eyesphere for:

  • Platform improvement

  • Analysis

  • Service communication

• Eyesphere may:

  • Contact End Users directly

  • Share data with authorized partners for service purposes

Important:

• Individual-level sensitive data is not sold

• Aggregated insights may be used for:

  • Reports

  • Business analytics

7. NO GUARANTEE

Eyesphere does not guarantee:

• Accuracy of results

• Detection of any issue

• Improvement in eye health

• Any specific outcome for employees

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Eyesphere shall have zero liability for:

• Any employee claims

• Any corporate disputes

• Any health-related outcomes

• Any indirect or consequential losses

The Corporate Client agrees to:

• Fully indemnify and protect Eyesphere from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:

  • Use of the platform

  • Employee disputes

  • Misuse of data or results

9. SERVICE LIMITATION

Eyesphere:

• Does not guarantee:

  • Service availability

  • Platform uptime

  • Error-free performance

• Can:

  • Modify or discontinue services anytime

  • Update features without notice

10. COMMUNICATION RIGHTS

Eyesphere reserves the right to:

• Contact End Users via:

  • Call

  • SMS

  • WhatsApp

  • Email

For:

• Service-related communication

• Awareness and engagement

11. CONFIDENTIALITY

• Corporate-level data (if shared) will be handled reasonably

• Eyesphere is not responsible for:

  • Data misuse by Corporate Client

  • Internal data leaks within the organization

12. TERMINATION

Eyesphere can:

• Suspend or terminate corporate access:

  • In case of misuse

  • Non-compliance

  • Legal risk

Without prior notice.

13. GOVERNING LAW

• Governed by Indian laws

• Jurisdiction: Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh

14. ACCEPTANCE

By using NETRASCREEN for employees, the Corporate Client confirms:

• Full understanding of these Terms

• Acceptance of all conditions

• Responsibility for internal communication and compliance
